ORDERING COLLECTIBLES: How to purchase collectibles from the Collectibles Yardsale

Collectibles Yardsale Privacy Policy

Important, please read: I add a small charge to items under $5 if purchased with paypal, to defray the cost paypal charges me. Usually a quarter to 50 cents. You can avoid that charge by sending cash, check or money order if desired. Items under $5 are sent first class postage with no insurance of delivery confirmation. Those can be added but it would cost you more than the item so usually, people are ok with first class postage on small things.

Caution about emailing with aol:

If you have another email server
besides aol, best to use it.
For some reason, aol tends to
ban for no apparent reason.

I’ll be happy to answer any questions, including
shipping costs, and how to pay. I usually ship
priority mail with delivery confirmation but can
ship UPS or regular mail, as well, on request.

I can also send pictures except in a few cases
where there are a LOT of items in a set (this happens
with Barbie playsets, for example - there can be
hundreds of little pieces to those) and the price is
too low to warrant taking that many pics.

Collectibles Yardsale Return Policy

No returns on videos and “as is” sales.
No returns of products listed as no return
products in posting.

Other products may be returned within seven days,
in same condition shipped and complete with all parts
shipped, for a full refund less shipping.

Vintage collectibles that are new in box cannot be
returned after opening if box is damage in any way
whatsoever by the opening. In other words, they
are assumed to work because they are new in
original packaging but not guaranteed to work.
If they don’t work, there is no return after opening
if any seal is broken to do so.

Collectibles Payment Options:

Paypal Verified U.S. Members may pay through paypal.

Non-members may also use credit card to pay through paypal, but U.S. delivery only please.

Payment by personal check or money order.

Keep in mind that delivery takes longer with check than paypal or money order.

BOOK ORDERS:
If ordering books, specify whether book rate is acceptable. This will be the cheapest way to go but will mean the books take longer to get to you.

ARTWORK ORDERS:
If ordering artwork, specify with or without frame.

Mailing art with glass frames costs A LOT MORE but sometimes, the frame is part of the magic of older pieces so let me know your preference. Also, if a frame is such that it is sealed, then any art sold out of such a frame is “as is” and not returnable since taking it out of a sealed frame may affect resale value.
